MB Bardowick’s EPC powder coating machine is designed for powder coating of cables, hoses and profiles up to a maximum diameter of 150 mm and line speeds of up to 1,500 m/min. Our filter cleaning system ensures 100% freedom from dust in the machine environment of the powdering machine.

Uniform powdering of your cable is guaranteed by the electrostatic charging of the powder with up to 100 kV, even at very high product speeds of up to 1500 m/min.
Our filter cleaning system ensures a dust-free production site; contamination from escaping powder is a thing of the past. The basic frame is a robust, powder-coated welded construction, which is manufactured in-house.
