The Orbital Cutter is designed to cut rotationally symmetrical, rigid products made of rubber or plastic without cutting or deformation. With this cutting principle, no radial forces act on the product, so that no deformation occurs.

Properties overview
For cutting, the complete cutting unit is synchronized to the production speed by means of its own servo drive.
During cutting, the blades perform a circular movement from an outside diameter to be set to an inside diameter to be set.
The optimum cutting speed for the product can be selected independently of the product speed. The blade change is quick and safe. The basic frame is a robust, powder-coated welded construction, which is manufactured in-house.

Since process conditions often differ, we adapt each orbital cutting system to your individual needs. Possible options include:- Individual adaptation of the forming sets depending on the product diameter
- Use of a wide variety of blade systems, perfectly suited to the task at hand
