Quality Management

Since the introduction of the quality management system at our company in the year 2003, all employees have been working to the same QMS standards at the two MB sites in Bardowick and Walcz / Poland. A bilingual QM handbook is “KVP compendium”, guide and constantly supplemented reference book. Flanked by special quality measures such as QMS training, internal audits, error documentation, CIP tools and QMS certifications. The goal of all QA measures: the continuous improvement of all process flows, the optimization of internal and external communication. Quality to increase productivity, to increase motivation and value creation – and for satisfied customers.

    First certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001

    Implementation of two independent DCM QM systems DIN EN ISO 9001
  • 2011
    Implementation of an integrated DCM-QM system DIN EN ISO 9001
  • 2013
    Certification according to DIN EN ISO 14001
  • 2014
    Certification according to OHSAS 18001
