Overview of the properties of powder application monitoring
The value for the powder application to be monitored is transferred to the monitoring device, which automatically selects one of the pre-installed programs for reliable application monitoring. By continuously monitoring the powder application, an insufficient amount of powder on the product is detected and an alarm is triggered. The tolerances of the permissible deviations, both negative and positive, can be freely selected.
The powder application monitoring detection system is located in a plastic housing that can be freely positioned in the line using a swivel arm.
A signal light for status display is placed on the housing in a clearly visible position.

Individual extensions of the powder application monitoring according to your specific needs and requirements are available on request. This gives you the optimal configuration for your production. Possible options are, for example
- Second camera for monitoring the product over almost the entire circumference
