The cable adhesion tester is used to measure the adhesive force of the sheath on the cable cores of your product. The adhesion values are tested without external influences and documented as proof for your customers or for internal use. The compact and mobile design combines stripping, cutting to length and the necessary force measurement in one device.

The adhesion test is performed mechanically and practically eliminates the human factor as a source of error for measurement inaccuracies.
Thanks to its compact design, the cable adhesion test device can be operated flexibly either directly on the production line or in a laboratory.
A tool set consists of all the necessary guides and clamps for testing the product’s tight fit.
The test length can be individually adjusted from 50 mm – 120 mm.

All necessary settings and test parameters can be entered directly on the control panel.
For easier adjustment when repeating products, the settings can be saved product-specifically in a recipe management system.
The results of the tests carried out can be read off directly.
