With our machine park we are able to carry out all manufacturing possibilities usual in the general mechanical engineering. Our machinery enables the machine processing of steel and aluminum materials.
This applies to our modern 5-axis CNC machining centers as well as to our conventional milling machines, drilling machines and boring mills.
With these machines we are able to manufacture components with dimensions (W, H, L) of 2.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 m and a total weight of up to 3.0 tons.
We dispose of CNC controlled die bending machines with a max. Pressing force of 85 t and can form components with a length of up to 2050 mm.
In the conventional field, we have guillotine shears, punches and round bending machines.
With our cycle-controlled and conventional lathes, we are able to produce small series of machine parts with dimensions of Ø 300 x 1000 mm peak width.
In addition to conventional measuring equipment, we have a 3D measuring arm for checking our manufactured components.
All measuring equipment is laboratory controlled.
